It is reported that the central double-cycle channel, with Yueyang and Guangzhou as the main nodes, radiates 18 provinces in Central China, Northwest China and North China, including Hubei, Hunan, Xinjiang and Shaanxi. Through the multimodal transportation of "iron, water and iron" and "public, water and iron", it integrates and optimizes logistics resources and elements to create a new national-level logistics channel with "north-south connection, east-west mutual economy, land-sea linkage and internal and external circulation". To effectively enhance the efficiency and reduce the cost of comprehensive logistics, promote and drive the development of industrial clusters in inland areas and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration, enhance the international competitiveness of inland enterprises, and form a new development pattern featuring various strengths, complementary advantages, win-win development and continuous interaction.
At present, the central double-cycle channel has formed the construction situation of "hub distribution, multiple branches of one trunk and multiple ports". Guangzhou Port takes the construction of national comprehensive logistics hub as the starting point, actively participates in and promotes the construction of "Central double-Cycle Channel", and combines the network layout of "international liner route", "Trans-Ba-bus branch line" and "inland port Office". Relying on the Huangpu, Xiaiyuan and Nansha Railway lines, we will build a multimodal transport platform between Guangzhou and the inland areas, strengthen the "inbound and outbound", beading and connecting links, accelerate the construction of a comprehensive transport system of "hub + channel + network", form a comprehensive logistics network covering the Bay Area, radiating inland areas and connecting the world, and jointly serve the large and unified national market.
